This is my first time using Estate Agents to search for rented accommodation. When looking to sell a property, you look for someone proactive, trustworthy, and who knows the local market very well. This is what we found in Ryan Morgan, from Truuli Croydon.While other agents had inflated its value hoping we would sell our flat through them at a higher price, Ryan provided a realistic valuation of our flat from the outset. (The value of your property is only the price people are prepared to pay for it, in the end). We quickly had a lot of interest in our flat. Ryan was our point of contact from start til end, organising and attending visits, always getting feedback, contacting as many people as possible to find the right person, up to the moment we found our buyer.Ryan did not stop there, liaising with solicitors until the deal was done. Ryan was always on the ball, chasing, answering emails and SMS to provide updates, never letting us down, keeping everybody in the loop, and providing advice and clear insight on what was happening. Leigh at Truuli Estate Agents was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. Sold my house incredibly quick, held my hand through the whole (what I thought would be a daunting) process.I can’t recommend Truuli enough.
