***Vendor's comments:*** "It has been a lovely home for us over the last 14 years and we have now decided to move on out of London for pastures new.


During the first lockdown we decorated the property top to bottom and we have found that it has made the house feel a lot fresher. The first reception room is so spacious, yet cosy for relaxing and watching television. The second reception was our dining room and is also serving as our office and work space. The dining room has some really good under the stair storage, which always comes in handy. The garden has always been a blessing, especially in the summer and we have enjoyed a countless amount of BBQ's with friends and family. Both bedrooms can fit double beds in, along with free standing cupboards. 


The main reason we bought this home was because of the spacious rooms and the transport links were accessible for the both of us. It is convenient and provides good transport links with buses to Croydon, or to Norwood Junction and Crystal Palace. Train stations nearby include Selhurst, East Croydon and Norwood Junction, offering services to London or Clapham Junction. There is also access to Brighton for day outs and a direct train to Gatwick Airport for city breaks or holidays aboard. There is also a wide array of local shops within walking distance.


It is a good neighbourhood and we are going to miss this home dearly."
