Not only that, but over the years I have lived here, the people at the front desk have very much become friends as well people that take in the post and make me feel safe.


The beautiful, new build two-bed and two-bathroom flat has been everything I could have dreamed and more. It has been the perfect home for myself, my friend and my two cats for the last few years. It is so spacious, especially for central London, and has the best amenities; the heater and cooling system, the ventilation system, and the internet came fully installed!


If you do move in, make sure to make the most of the first floor facilities. There is a gym, a cinema room, a large dining room with a kitchen adjoining it which makes it perfect for hosting dinner parties, and a conference room if you need a space for meetings. There’s also a primary school just across the road making it perfect for families.


I have become close with a few of the other residents here, mostly through them walking their dogs and me asking if I can pet them. If you aren’t an animal person, don’t worry as all dogs have to be kept on leashes and there are strict rules for the fourth floor courtyard area. The outside area has been an absolute godsend during Covid as it has provided a safe space to exercise and get fresh air, and all the residents have been incredibly respectful of each other’s space. In terms of transport links you can not get any closer to the Nine Elms underground station ( Northern Line ) which is a 2 min walk from entrance of the development. Two stops to Victoria station and four stops to Oxford circus station, what more do you need?
