I will be sad to leave the property but I have a local business in croydon and the commute now is becoming a lot for me. This is the only reason I am looking to move on. I have lived in this lovely home for over 10 years and grown close to many of my neighbours in this time and will miss them dearly.


I pride myself on looking after my home and last year I decorated outside the house, put in a new kitchen with a double oven, together with new flooring and tiles. My house is decorated in neutral tones as this is what I like. I also had new fencing and landscaped the garden last year. It is lovely to sit and relax in the summer listening to nature and having barbecues. There is also an apple tree that grows sweet apples yearly once pruned.


There is a Gym and retail park at the end of the road. Bromley shopping centre is not far away. Lots of green space and parks nearby and good schools. Great transport links with Bellingham Station, Catford Bridge Station and Catford bus garage nearby with buses frequent.


I will miss listening to the birds in the morning chirping away but someone else will now be able to enjoy this.
