Property Summary

***Vendor comments*** "Seven years ago we moved into this lovely period conversion flat. Our first step to getting on the property ladder.

We love the location of the flat for its transport links to central London, as we both worked in the city, and the commute was approximately 40 minutes to Victoria and London Bridge.

We love that we have been able to put our own stamp on our flat; redoing the bathroom, bedroom and living room. There is still plenty of opportunity for a new owner to add to it further!"

We have been able to enjoy our garden which has become the heart of our home, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining.

Our neighbours have never given us any issues, even though we have stayed until late in our get-togethers. We also love that the building is well-maintained, we have a long lease with 117 years remaining and we are on a quiet road.

Despite the proximity to the train station, we don’t hear them, and we are so close to amenities - supermarket, gym, leisure centre, train station, shops, etc. we really have everything at our doorstep. We are even close to a couple of parks for afternoon/evening walks.

This was a perfect first home for us, but now we are ready to sell our gorgeous flat as we have welcomed our baby and we would really like someone to enjoy the property as much as we have."
