As a family, we are so grateful that despite the distance between us, my aunt found real empathy and support from this company, something very rare these days.This review is personally written on her behalf.My aunt who is elderly, has just purchased her forever 'retirement' home with Truuli. All she wanted was a smooth, stress free move, and Annie and Jonathon made that not only possible but surprisingly easy. Annie is an absolute star at Truulie. Originally she covered for a colleague, but she made sure to show me the flat in detail, didn't rush me at all, and answered all my queries.Unfortunately this flat fell through after 6 months. However after getting in touch with her again, she made sure to arrange several viewings with her colleagues for me.One of the flats I ended up buying. 5 stars for Annie!!Ricky and Jonathon have also been very helpful, and patiently answered all my questions, especially towards the end.The ratings in general for Truulie is only 4 stars, as I had some minor issues with several changes of agents, and poor communication throughout the process of the first flat. This wasn't the case with the second flat though.Would still recommend Truulie.

From the first call that I made to enquire about a property to the day of completion, I could that say Truuli has been a tremendous help and support with an unwavering sense of professionalism and determination to complete the process smoothly. Particularly, Annie Ryland who was knowledgable and very cordial in helping me through navigate the quite intimidating process of buying a property specially for someone like me who was a first timer. She answered my enquiries politely, professionally and calmly specially on times when I thought everything was going quite chaotic but she stood by me and helped me all the way plus Jonathon also from Sales Support was a major help when it comes to sorting out the communication between my solicitors and the other side. We had a wonderful experience with Annie at Truuli. We had a lot of apprehension buying in an unfamiliar area however Annie made us feel at ease. She was always a phone call away and always willing to answer our endless questions. She arranged for a second viewing at a time that suited us. She made sure all communication between us and the seller went smoothly. She even helped with queries from our solicitors. We found her to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. Ricky was very helpful and has a very unique approach when he showed us the property. He let me take my time to view it and answered any questions I had. He didn’t rush me at all. He has a polite and humble way to talk to buyers as I met with a lot of agents in town and Ricky’s professionalism totally stood out. I am very happy that I have finally found my first home. I just completed the sale of my late Aunt's flat in Lewisham with Mr. Leigh Thomas as my agent. This was a very challenging sale as it was not a straightforward sale. I recently used Truuli to sell a house I owned with my former partner, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the team made the entire process smooth and as stress-free as could be expected.Communication was easy - we mostly used WhatsApp and received quick responses every time. Annie, in particular, was incredibly friendly and kept us updated regularly, making us feel well-informed throughout the process. One standout moment was when Annie organized a viewing event that had people queuing around the street. She managed the day impeccably, fielding all questions with ease, which resulted in multiple offers!When it came to negotiating with the eventual buyer, Annie's skills shone through. After my last property fell through, going back and forth for 6 months, Leigh helped me find a property! My first viewing was great, then I booked a second viewing where Leigh told me all relevant important details regarding the flat. Any questions I had he was a phone call / e-mail away. I did not have to chase him for any information. If there were delays in the process of information and documents, he would update me and the vendor so we were all up to date with information. Very easy to talk to and get advice. Super Punctual! and A fantastic person! As an Agent, he did not come across as just trying to pitch a sale, but more of a person allowing the buyer to make a decision on their own ( not a rushed decision) and advise on next steps.I would request Leigh to process on future properties I may be lucky to purchase in the future!Thank you!!

As a first time buyer I didn't really understand the process fully but Ryan showed me several properties in my budget and requirements and was excellent throughout helping with the offer process and getting the deal over the line. Annie is an absolute star at Truulie. Originally she covered for a colleague, but she made sure to show me the flat in detail, didn't rush me at all, and answered all my queries.Unfortunately this flat fell through after 6 months. However after getting in touch with her again, she made sure to arrange several viewings with her colleagues for me.One of the flats I ended up buying. 5 stars for Annie!!Ricky and Jonathon have also been very helpful, and patiently answered all my questions, especially towards the end.The ratings in general for Truulie is only 4 stars, as I had some minor issues with several changes of agents, and poor communication throughout the process of the first flat. This wasn't the case with the second flat though.Would still recommend Truulie.

After my last property fell through, going back and forth for 6 months, Leigh helped me find a property! My first viewing was great, then I booked a second viewing where Leigh told me all relevant important details regarding the flat. Any questions I had he was a phone call / e-mail away. I did not have to chase him for any information. If there were delays in the process of information and documents, he would update me and the vendor so we were all up to date with information. I don't think anyone else could have done a better job and with just a few days now until completion I honestly don't think I would have got here if it wasn't for Natasha. As a first time buyer I didn't really understand the process fully but Ryan showed me several properties in my budget and requirements and was excellent throughout helping with the offer process and getting the deal over the line. Even when the exchange got delayed (for reasons outside our control) Ryan was very engaging and understanding and helped ensure we managed to get the completion date held to minimise any delay.All in all, a very good experience with Truuli and would highly recommend them as an agent for anyone looking to purchase in the Croydon area.
