Property Summary

***30% Shared Ownership*** ***Vendor's comments:*** "I bought my flat 8 years ago on a shared ownership scheme. This enabled me to be able to get onto the property ladder. I chose Croydon due to all of the regeneration works and terrific transport links.

I am having to sell my beautiful home as I am returning to work in January and I have been assigned a new site that isn’t commutable daily with childcare needs".

I chose Croydon due to all of the regeneration works and terrific transport links. Central London and Gatwick are 15 minutes away by train. Brighton is 45 minutes and there is also very easy access to the M25 and M23. This ticked all of the boxes for me especially as it has a fantastic roof terrace as well as a private balcony, neither are overlooked. My home also isn’t overlooked so you have complete privacy.

I last redecorated my flat a year ago just before my daughter was born. I have absolutely loved living here. It was so nice and warm over the winter period when she was born. As it’s a fairly newly constructed flat the gas and electric bills are very low which massively helped having a new born in winter. A lot of the time we didn’t need the heating on as it’s so well insulated. You also get great views of all of the fireworks displays around the area as well as The Shard (on a clear day, to the right) and the Surrey Hills (to the left). My home faces west so the sunsets are fabulous!

I am having to sell my beautiful home as I am returning to work in January and I have been assigned a new site that isn’t commutable daily with childcare needs.

I will really miss my home and this area. It’s been so welcoming, convenient, practical and cheap to run. My neighbours are also lovely people. I’m sad that I won’t get to see Westfield being built but no doubt I’ll come back to visit.

The doctors I am with (Thornton Road Surgery) and the local hospital have been nothing short of amazing. I doubt anywhere else will have such great amenities

This really is an amazing starter home."
