Property Summary

*** Vendors comments *** " This flat was the biggest, and brightest one-bed flat I found on my property search and, since moving in, it’s become an amazing home for us. Having a huge common on the doorstep while being in Zone 3 for an easy commute to work has been brilliant. When I moved to working from home I was so pleased to have a separate workspace with amazing views of the common, it meant I never felt like I was living and working in the same space......"

*** Vendors comments *** " This flat was the biggest, and brightest one-bed flat I found on my property search and, since moving in, it’s become an amazing home for us. Having a huge common on the doorstep while also being zone 3 for an easy commute to work has been brilliant. When I moved to working from home I was so pleased to have a separate workspace with amazing views of the common, it meant I never felt like I was living and working in the same space.

The bedroom is huge and the flat has so much room and storage. The big kitchen and dining area have been great for cooking, baking and entertaining.

Having redecorated the bathroom a year ago I’m sad to say goodbye to that the most. That, or the sunny evenings relaxing on the balcony with a mug of glass of something nice.

Moving out of the area I will also really miss the neighbours. It is a lovely community here and everyone helps each other out. Of all the places in London I’ve lived I’ve never known my neighbours as well as I do here."
