Property Summary

*** Vendors comments *** "I moved into the property in the late 90s and decided to buy the property from the local authority in 2005 as a step on the property ladder. Since then I have had a child and sudden life changes are the reason for selling this property.

The property was last decorated in 2018 and had a new boiler fitted in October 2020. There is a private balcony overlooking the communal gardens which are nice to sit out in the summer. The entrance has a security system which is connected to intercoms in each flat. The flat is located on the first floor and has a lift, the area is also permitted free which makes easy access for parking".

There are lots of green spaces which look beautiful in the spring and summer when the plants and flowers are in bloom. I have got to know most of the neighbours and they are all very friendly, look out for one another and have a great community spirit.

My child has grown up here and the school is within 10 minutes walking distance, in fact, there are quite a few outstanding schools in the area. The property is within a short walking distance from Brockwell Park and the bus stops are close by, with buses to Brixton, Norwood, Herne Hill, Dulwich and Streatham. Tulse Hill train station is a stone's throw away and West Dulwich train station is about an 18-minute walk away. There is a post office and many shops that are close by.

I will definitely miss my quiet friendly neighbourhood and plan to stay in touch with many of the neighbours. I will also miss the area as it is close to many amenities and my child's school. This is a great first home for a single person or a couple just starting out".
