***Vendor's comments:*** My sister and I bought this flat together nearly 6 years ago as first-time buyers and have loved our time here. Initially, we struggled to find a 2 bedroom flat with 2 good size bedrooms. When we saw this flat we knew it was perfect for us. Both double bedrooms are a generous size and there is a gorgeous open-plan kitchen living space for all our needs. The sun streams into the living area through a balcony with views of Selhurst Park and Crystal Palace!

The flat is in a great area, so close to both west and east Croydon station as well as the high street and Selhurst station. We have made full use of the box park being so nearby for delicious food options as well as regular events.

We're both starting our own families so for the last year we have been renting the property successfully! We're so sad to be leaving the flat but will be staying local and hope the next buyers enjoy it as much as we have!"

As a first time buyer I didn't really understand the process fully but Ryan showed me several properties in my budget and requirements and was excellent throughout helping with the offer process and getting the deal over the line. Even when the exchange got delayed (for reasons outside our control) Ryan was very engaging and understanding and helped ensure we managed to get the completion date held to minimise any delay.All in all, a very good experience with Truuli and would highly recommend them as an agent for anyone looking to purchase in the Croydon area.

Ryan is a top class agent and the best we've ever dealt with. Our house sale was a bit of a graft after we went in slightly too high with our asking price but Ryan kept the momentum going with a consistent flow of viewings and we ultimately got a price we were very happy with. Communication from Ryan throughout the process was excellent. I couldn't recommend Ryan highly enough.
