After my last property fell through, going back and forth for 6 months, Leigh helped me find a property! My first viewing was great, then I booked a second viewing where Leigh told me all relevant important details regarding the flat. Any questions I had he was a phone call / e-mail away. I did not have to chase him for any information. If there were delays in the process of information and documents, he would update me and the vendor so we were all up to date with information. Very easy to talk to and get advice. Super Punctual! and A fantastic person! As a first time buyer I didn't really understand the process fully but Ryan showed me several properties in my budget and requirements and was excellent throughout helping with the offer process and getting the deal over the line. He has done an amazing job selling our flat during difficult market conditions. He got constant viewings through the door and secured multiple offers. The sales process took longer than expected due to circumstances out of everyones control but Ryan was very patient and helpful, keeping us and the buyers informed regularly. When he went on holiday, he informed us before and did a proper handover.
