I find myself in a position where I need to leave and move outside of London for work, otherwise, I’ve had a really good 5 years here and the neighbours in my block are all friendly and helpful. I keep walking around the area realising how much I’ll miss it! It’s really going to be a great home for someone new.


The flat is in a perfect location in a really nice, quiet and leafy part of South Croydon. It’s within walking distance between South Croydon Station and Sanderstead Station and conveniently close to bus stops to take you into East Croydon Train Station (which has great links), West Croydon Bus and Train Station, central Croydon and the surrounding area. South Croydon and Sanderstead Stations have good train links to both London Bridge and Victoria within 15/20 minutes if you need to head into London.


What I love most about this part of Croydon, is how close I am to green spaces; we have Croham Hurst Woods only a 5-minute walk away and Lloyd Park down the road, although the flat has its own communal garden which is great for entertaining and chilling out in the Summer when the weather is nice.


The flat also benefits from its own parking space and there are two private visitor bays available. It’s also in a no-pay parking zone, so you or friends and family can park outside without any fees which is always a bonus! If you like to bike around, there’s a private bike shed allocated in the car park.


The flat is also close to schools and you’re within walking distance to South Croydon restaurant quarter which is great for a night out and of course Boxpark at East Croydon is also very lively and easy to get to.
