Property Summary

***45% Shared Ownership*** ***Vendor's comments:*** "I call my flat my sanctuary. It's been all mine for nearly 10 years and I have cherished every minute of living here. I never imagined being able to purchase my own home but the shared ownership scheme made my dream come true.

The light, the space, and the size of my room alone convinced me that this flat was ideal for me as soon as I saw it. The location played an integral part on my decision; convenient for work, commuting, shopping and dining.

Selling this place was not an easy decision for me, but it has come time to move on."

The location played an integral part in my decision; convenient for work, commuting, shopping and dining. Selling this place was not an easy decision for me, but it has come time to move on.

My parents were always worried about security because this was my first home, but the double entrance doors and weekend security guards helped to soothe their concerns. I'll really miss all the fantastic restaurants right outside my door. When I was living alone, I often questioned what to do with the spacious spare room; make it into an office, use it as a storage room or rent it out? Over the last 10 years, I have done all three. My first roommate lived with me for nearly 4 years and we turned into the best of friends. Having the spare room during lockdown made it so much easier to work from home.

For me, each space has a unique set of special attributes. As you can see from the pictures the very spacious master bedroom has space for a desk, a king-size bed, a giant closet, and a 65-inch television and you still have ample space to walk around! Another one of my favourite places is the living room, where the dual-aspect windows are simply gorgeous on weekend mornings when you wake up to the sun streaming into the room.

Over the years, I have maintained the property and have made home improvements along the way. When I first moved in, the living room, hallway, and kitchen all had carpeting, and the kitchen had lino. Changing this to wooden flooring throughout the living room/kitchen and hallway gave the room such a boost and made the room feel so much bigger and brighter.

I have had many happy memories here and wish the new buyer just as many."
