***Vendor Comments*** For the last 4 years this has been our little sanctuary. What really got us when we first walked through the door was how deceiving the exterior had been. As soon as we walked inside, we were in awe of the space, light, amount of storage and high ceilings, it was more than we anticipated for our first home. This property was far brighter than anything else we had seen on the market. It was rare to find a large, airy, south-facing 1 bedroom flat with a modern kitchen, excellent transport links and a never-ending lease (900+ years).

We have loved living here and will miss the easy access to the local amenities and central London. There are also plenty of choices for green expanses within walking distance, such as South Norwood Lake, the recreational grounds and the country park. If we ever want to go a little further, Crystal Palace is just 15 minutes on foot and is great for meeting friends either at the park or for food. With both of us working in Central London, living 7 minutes away from Norwood Junction station has been ideal, as it has such great transport links into London Victoria, Shoreditch and a 12-minute fast train to London Bridge. The flat was freshly painted and deep cleaned in November.

We've noticed lots of changes on South Norwood’s high street over the last few years with new Four Boroughs Coffee, Mamma Dough and the Beer Craft Cabin all opening close to the station. We've been spoilt as it's been so easy to grab coffee, pizza and a drink at the weekend or after a busy day at work! We will miss our flat so much, but it's time to move on, due to accepting a new job up in Edinburgh".
