Had Muhammad and the lads move us from Reading to Oxford last week and they were absolutely brilliant. Long distance moves are always a bit nerve-wracking because you worry about stuff getting damaged or lost but these guys were so organised. Loaded up the van really efficiently, drove it over, and met us at the new place the next morning right on time. Everything was exactly as we'd packed it, nothing broken, nothing missing. Muhammad was really easy to deal with – kept us updated throughout, made sure we were happy with everything, and even helped us move some stuff around at the new house when we changed our minds about the layout. Fair price, great communication, lovely lads. Would recommend to anyone moving a distance.

Leigh Thomas was an integral part of selling my property, he sold my property on the first viewing. Annie is an absolute star at Truulie. Originally she covered for a colleague, but she made sure to show me the flat in detail, didn't rush me at all, and answered all my queries.Unfortunately this flat fell through after 6 months. However after getting in touch with her again, she made sure to arrange several viewings with her colleagues for me.One of the flats I ended up buying. 5 stars for Annie!!Ricky and Jonathon have also been very helpful, and patiently answered all my questions, especially towards the end.The ratings in general for Truulie is only 4 stars, as I had some minor issues with several changes of agents, and poor communication throughout the process of the first flat. This wasn't the case with the second flat though.Would still recommend Truulie.

After my last property fell through, going back and forth for 6 months, Leigh helped me find a property! My first viewing was great, then I booked a second viewing where Leigh told me all relevant important details regarding the flat. Any questions I had he was a phone call / e-mail away. I did not have to chase him for any information. If there were delays in the process of information and documents, he would update me and the vendor so we were all up to date with information. Very easy to talk to and get advice. Super Punctual! and A fantastic person! Had Muhammad and the lads move us from Reading to Oxford last week and they were absolutely brilliant. Long distance moves are always a bit nerve-wracking because you worry about stuff getting damaged or lost but these guys were so organised. Loaded up the van really efficiently, drove it over, and met us at the new place the next morning right on time. Everything was exactly as we'd packed it, nothing broken, nothing missing. Muhammad was really easy to deal with – kept us updated throughout, made sure we were happy with everything, and even helped us move some stuff around at the new house when we changed our minds about the layout. Annie is an absolute star at Truulie. Originally she covered for a colleague, but she made sure to show me the flat in detail, didn't rush me at all, and answered all my queries.Unfortunately this flat fell through after 6 months. However after getting in touch with her again, she made sure to arrange several viewings with her colleagues for me.One of the flats I ended up buying. 5 stars for Annie!!Ricky and Jonathon have also been very helpful, and patiently answered all my questions, especially towards the end.The ratings in general for Truulie is only 4 stars, as I had some minor issues with several changes of agents, and poor communication throughout the process of the first flat. This wasn't the case with the second flat though.Would still recommend Truulie.

Particularly, Annie Ryland who was knowledgable and very cordial in helping me through navigate the quite intimidating process of buying a property specially for someone like me who was a first timer. Ricky was very helpful and has a very unique approach when he showed us the property. He let me take my time to view it and answered any questions I had. He didn’t rush me at all. After my last property fell through, going back and forth for 6 months, Leigh helped me find a property! My first viewing was great, then I booked a second viewing where Leigh told me all relevant important details regarding the flat. Any questions I had he was a phone call / e-mail away. I did not have to chase him for any information. If there were delays in the process of information and documents, he would update me and the vendor so we were all up to date with information. Very easy to talk to and get advice. Super Punctual! and A fantastic person! As an Agent, he did not come across as just trying to pitch a sale, but more of a person allowing the buyer to make a decision on their own ( not a rushed decision) and advise on next steps.I would request Leigh to process on future properties I may be lucky to purchase in the future!Thank you!!
