Getting ready
No matter your choice of package marketing your property to let Truuli couldn’t be easier. Once one of our property experts has visited your home and you have decided upon a suitable package, we will help create the best advert using professional photography and a floorplan. We’ll then have you live on Truuli.co.uk and many other sites making your property available to Millions of potential tenants.
Enquiries
We’ll handle all the enquiries received for your property and provide feedback to you via text and email. We will also arrange all viewings on your behalf (viewings are conducted by Truuli property experts as part of Truuli Traditional and Truuli Showcased packages).
Perfect match?
We will provide you with the opportunity to meet your tenants prior to them moving in to your property. We’ll also credit check your selected tenant, contact their previous landlord, and verify their income with their employer.
We’ve got it covered
Leave the tenancy agreement, deposit collection and legalities to us (where requested, we’ll even check your tenants in, carry out an inventory, and fully manage the property). And we’re here seven days a week to ensure a smooth transaction.
