Every Truuli package includes high quality, professional photos of your property. We use a digital marketing company to ensure the key features of your home are captured, making sure the photos ‘Truuli showcase’ your property.
2. Fail to plan, plan to fail…
We provide RICS compliant floor plans for all of our property listings.
Our appointed photographers will take photos and also compile a plan of your home which is added to your online marketing and brochures.
3. Gathering a crowd…
High Street agents agree that selling your home without the help of the major property search websites is almost improbable. We will advertise your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Prime Location and numerous other property portals – giving your home maximum exposure to millions of prospective buyers.

4. That special person…
When submitting an offer to you which has been received from a prospective buyer, we will let you know whether they are a cash buyer, first time buyer, or if they are reliant on selling a property. We will explain whether the buyer is mortgage approved or if they have a mortgage in principle. We will also provide assistance in choosing the correct purchaser to ensure you achieve the best possible price for your home.
5. Time to show off…
Once a viewing has been scheduled you’ll receive e-mail and text confirmation, along with the full name(s) and details of the prospective purchaser. Whilst you have the option of deciding whether you would like to conduct your viewings or whether your Truuli Property Expert conducts them, we believe viewers feel more at ease and provide better feedback when they are not viewing directly with the homeowner.
