VENDORS COMMENTS "Our home offers an open planned front reception and dining area which provides lots of natural light, purring in from the double glazed bay windows and the french doors to the rear. The kitchen provides more than ample space for your culinary skills and is in good condition. On the first floor we have two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a well presented family bathroom. Our second floor extension houses a master bedroom with built in storage and a good sized en-suite, perfect for providing a sanctuary away from the kids or for a moody, growing teenager. We have dropped the curb to the front of the house and have paved the front garden giving us two parking spaces. Even though we have extended into the loft there is still the potential to extend on the ground floor, to the side of the house and the rear.

The location for us has been amazing. I commute to London Victoria for work which takes around 30 mins. Streatham Common train Station is a 6 minute walk with access to Balham for the Northern line and East Croydon Station giving access to Gatwick Airport, London Luton Airport and London St Pancras. Local buses are the 60 taking you towards Croydon & Streatham, the other way the 118 can take you to Mitcham and Brixton. School for the children was a doddle with Granton School only a 6 minute walk from the house.

Streatham Ice & Leisure Centre, Co-op, Sainsburys, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and Marks & Spencer Food Hall are all on your doorstep. For our family nights out there are so many restaurants to choose from; some of our favourites include Exhibit, Perfect Blend, Tribe, The Chalkpit and Aya. For our date nights as a couple there are a fair few bars and watering holes that are also very close by, again, some of our favourites are The Railway, The Earl Ferrers, The Mere Scibbler, The Rabbit Hole & The Bull.

There are plenty of different events that happen locally throughout the year like the Streatham Food Festival, The Streatham Festival and Streatham Common Kite Day. We have been very happy in our home and know you and your family will be just as happy living here too. Our children are all grown up now so it is time for us to downsize".
