** Vendors comments ** Let's just say, I'm all for a project! I'm passionately creative and so couldn't pass by what was clearly a 'diamond in the rough' when I first viewed this property. Admittedly, it needed more than just a few touch ups here and there...in fact it needed a complete overhaul, but it's taken 13 years for me to finally say goodbye!

I was attracted to; the split-level layout of the flat, its large kitchen with space for a central island, the two double bedrooms, and the flat roof with potential for a roof-top garden. The cherry on the cake for me however, was the excellent transport links. The property is perfectly located within the vibrant Streatham Hill. It is literally a stone’s throw from Streatham Hill Rail Station (I walk it in 40 seconds!) with the convenience of direct trains into Victoria and London Bridge. It has one of the best Bus networks. It is located on the well-known popular Streatham High Road, with its diverse range of vibrant shops and eateries (I'm going to miss running across the road in my PJs to the local M&S and Co-Op!) . It's a bus ride into Brixton (I walk it in 25-30mins).

The flat has served me very well indeed. It has seen two re-decorations since its initial renovation in 2009/10.

I'm starting a new business and family now so I need more space. I will miss the energy, the character and the vibe of Streatham (including the convenience of being able to walk round the corner to work!) but I have to pass on the baton!
