"Having lived here for thirteen years now we all have fallen in love with the area, mostly because of how convenient things are here from having three parks close by (Crystal Palace park, Westow park and Upper Norwood Recreation Ground), also there are a variety of boutique / independent shops, restaurants and Gastro pubs to eat-in with the family. We have been very fortunate to live here as we have some of the greatest neighbours in our area as they have been very friendly and helpful throughout the years we have lived here. As we have lived here for many years as a family we have found that the area although very vibrant it is also calm and peaceful.


A key feature about our maisonette is how spacious the rooms are and we have ample in-built storage so we have never had an issue here (we also have an additional storage cupboard which is located upon entry to the development ). We have as a family steadily over the years enhanced our home with new doors, neutral decor throughout and the property is naturally bright and airy. Also we have added a new heating system with all new panelled radiators about a year ago so that will hopefully be a benefit to the new owners. Our home is in very good condition, we also have a private southerly facing balcony that overlooks Westow Park which is to the rear of our building. All in all with the location being walking distance from the Crystal Palace "Triangle" our home is ideally situated for quick access to main hot spots in Crystal Palace but not too close so you can enjoy the calm and peaceful vibe in our immediate vicinity.

We are sad to leave but have a family business which is located in Caterham so we all came to a difficult decision to move closer in order to reduce the commute. Having lived here for a number of years as a family we will all miss the long walks we all took in Westow Park to our favourite restaurant Joanna's located on Westow hill.
