Property Summary

***Vendor's comments:*** "We first fell in love with the flat in 2019 after a long year of searching. After a slight COVID delay, we moved in towards the end of 2020. It fit the bill perfectly, being brand new but not having that standard new build look and feel.

One of the key things we love about living here is the location; with Lloyds Park down the road, really good local schools and nurseries, and the high street with lots of lovely independent coffee shops, barbers, convenience stores and a Tesco local all just a 10-minute walk away.

It’s also perfectly situated for commuting or travel (South Croydon is a 7-minute walk away or bus/tram to East Croydon in about 10 minutes)."

***Vendor's commments:*** "We first fell in love with the flat in 2019 after a long year of searching, and after a slight COVID delay, we moved in towards the end of 2020. It fit the bill perfectly, being brand new but not having that standard new build look and feel. The bay in the living area, arched windows, and breakfast bar in the kitchen really stood out, giving it a bit of character. Also, the fact that each unit in the building had a unique design felt like the developers had really made an effort.

We moved in as a newlywed couple, loving the brand-new feel of the place and have done our best to keep it looking and feeling fresh ever since.

The three large storage cupboards in the hallway and the secure underground parking were a massive selling point for us, with both being so hard to come by in every other property we’d viewed. Having two bathrooms was not high on our priority list but should have been; the benefit of having our own spaces has been invaluable! We spent a very happy first couple of years here, comfortably utilising the second bedroom as a spare double bedroom with a large double wardrobe and a home office setup. It has since become a nursery as well since we welcomed our first child, with the double bed being replaced by a cot. We’ll be sad to leave our first home but we are looking for a bit more space and a garden as our family grows.

All the neighbours across the two connected buildings are lovely and there is a real community feel in the residents WhatsApp group. One of the key things we love about living here is the location, with Lloyds Park down the road, really good local schools and nurseries, and the high street with lots of lovely independent coffee shops, barbers, convenience stores and a Tesco local all just a 10-minute walk away. It’s also perfectly situated for commuting or travel (South Croydon is a 7-minute walk away or a bus /tram to East Croydon in about 10 minutes)—you can be at London Bridge, at Gatwick Airport, or on the M25 all in under half an hour."
