***Vendor's comments:*** "After renting on Woodstock Road for three years we saw this beautiful Victorian house on Chatsworth Road being converted into flats and we jumped at the chance to move in. The flat was a new conversion when we moved in so we haven't made many changes, but it is the details we loved and still love about it; large wooden frame double glazed windows letting in so much light, bay windows in the bedroom, large amounts of storage space across the flat, wooden floors throughout the living space and a good sized bathroom with rainfall shower/bath. Our private garden has also been fantastic during the summer months and it feels like an oasis when you are actually in the middle of a busy town. We've lived here for nearly 6 years now, the proximity to local amenities, public transport and two fantastic parks (Park Hill visible from the living area and Lloyd Park a 15 min walk up the road) have kept us in the area for so long. We will be sad to move away from Chatsworth Road but we are looking to stay within Croydon as it truly is home for us."
