** VENDORS COMMENTS** "Donnybrook Road had been our home for more than 40 years. I have spent my childhood in the area, which has a number of nearby schools, excellent transport links and wonderful, friendly neighbours.


After my parents emigrated, I decided to stay and bought the house from them. I have never previously considered moving as everything I need is on my doorstep; local shops, two train stations within walking distance, and an array of bus routes making it very easy to get into the West End or to Gatwick airport. If it was not for new work commitments, I would most certainly be staying put and I certainly plan on returning once I retire.


Since we have been here, the home has been extended with a large kitchen downstairs, as well as a loft extension to give more space for the family. We currently have the property laid out as two separate flats, with the ground floor as a one bedroom dwelling and the upstairs a two bedroom flat.


This is a great neighbourhood and we are lucky to have very nice neighbours who we will miss dearly!"
