I recently used Truuli to sell a house I owned with my former partner, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the team made the entire process smooth and as stress-free as could be expected.Communication was easy - we mostly used WhatsApp and received quick responses every time. Annie, in particular, was incredibly friendly and kept us updated regularly, making us feel well-informed throughout the process. One standout moment was when Annie organized a viewing event that had people queuing around the street. She managed the day impeccably, fielding all questions with ease, which resulted in multiple offers!When it came to negotiating with the eventual buyer, Annie's skills shone through. She expertly maintained our asking price, standing firm despite pushback from the buyer. Her negotiation skills were indeed exceptional.Jonathan joined later in the process to help push the sale to completion. Despite our solicitors being quite unresponsive and providing unsatisfactory replies, Jonathan excelled in keeping us informed and providing detailed updates, which was very reassuring.Overall, from start to completion, Truuli was amazing. Service from Annie is outstanding from the beginning till the end. She kindly covered her colleague who could not make the viewing at the time and I am grateful that it was her instead, even though she has nothing to do with the sales - she was super helpful from the start till after the purchase! After my last property fell through, going back and forth for 6 months, Leigh helped me find a property! My first viewing was great, then I booked a second viewing where Leigh told me all relevant important details regarding the flat. Any questions I had he was a phone call / e-mail away. I did not have to chase him for any information. If there were delays in the process of information and documents, he would update me and the vendor so we were all up to date with information. Very easy to talk to and get advice. Super Punctual! and A fantastic person! As an Agent, he did not come across as just trying to pitch a sale, but more of a person allowing the buyer to make a decision on their own ( not a rushed decision) and advise on next steps.I would request Leigh to process on future properties I may be lucky to purchase in the future!Thank you!!

As a first time buyer I didn't really understand the process fully but Ryan showed me several properties in my budget and requirements and was excellent throughout helping with the offer process and getting the deal over the line. Even when the exchange got delayed (for reasons outside our control) Ryan was very engaging and understanding and helped ensure we managed to get the completion date held to minimise any delay.All in all, a very good experience with Truuli and would highly recommend them as an agent for anyone looking to purchase in the Croydon area.

I can highly recommend Truuli for their professional and friendly service.Ryan is very friendly, personable and approachable, always takes the time listening to requests and queries. He has done an amazing job selling our flat during difficult market conditions. He got constant viewings through the door and secured multiple offers. The sales process took longer than expected due to circumstances out of everyones control but Ryan was very patient and helpful, keeping us and the buyers informed regularly. When he went on holiday, he informed us before and did a proper handover. His colleagues dealt with matters as efficient and friendly during his absence.Overall I cannot recommend Truuli highly enough. They are really a welcome change compared to other estate agents that we spoke to before thankfully appointing Truuli.

After my last property fell through, going back and forth for 6 months, Leigh helped me find a property! My first viewing was great, then I booked a second viewing where Leigh told me all relevant important details regarding the flat. Any questions I had he was a phone call / e-mail away. I did not have to chase him for any information. If there were delays in the process of information and documents, he would update me and the vendor so we were all up to date with information. Very easy to talk to and get advice. Super Punctual! and A fantastic person! As an Agent, he did not come across as just trying to pitch a sale, but more of a person allowing the buyer to make a decision on their own ( not a rushed decision) and advise on next steps.I would request Leigh to process on future properties I may be lucky to purchase in the future!Thank you!!

As a first time buyer I didn't really understand the process fully but Ryan showed me several properties in my budget and requirements and was excellent throughout helping with the offer process and getting the deal over the line. Even when the exchange got delayed (for reasons outside our control) Ryan was very engaging and understanding and helped ensure we managed to get the completion date held to minimise any delay.All in all, a very good experience with Truuli and would highly recommend them as an agent for anyone looking to purchase in the Croydon area.

Selling a house can be quite difficult and tricky if you don't have the right agent/person beside you. Trulli provided the right person for us in the person of Leigh Thomas. He has been with us from the very beginning of our journey and has been a consistent support. I would highly recommend Truuli and Ryan MorganRyan is a very friendly and approachable person and I was able to contact him with any queries especially as I have never sold a property before.Selling a house can be a very stressful process and Ryan made the process alot less stressful and he did an amazing job selling our property. I can highly recommend Truuli for their professional and friendly service.Ryan is very friendly, personable and approachable, always takes the time listening to requests and queries. He has done an amazing job selling our flat during difficult market conditions. He got constant viewings through the door and secured multiple offers. The sales process took longer than expected due to circumstances out of everyones control but Ryan was very patient and helpful, keeping us and the buyers informed regularly. When he went on holiday, he informed us before and did a proper handover. His colleagues dealt with matters as efficient and friendly during his absence.Overall I cannot recommend Truuli highly enough. They are really a welcome change compared to other estate agents that we spoke to before thankfully appointing Truuli.

We're so happy we went with David Cole from Truuli Estate Agents. This was our first time renting out our property and he came with a wealth of experience that put us totally at ease.
