There is a great community spirit, everyone shares on 'The Street' and there is a warm and welcoming WhatsApp group where you can ask any question and seek recommendations for tradesmen such as gardeners and builders. You are also updated with interesting information. 


Last but not least. There are excellent transport links into London via numerous train routes including Norwood Junction, West Norwood, Croydon, Tulse Hill etc".
