One of the other key things we love about this house is the amount of storage it has to offer with built in wall to ceiling wardrobes in both bedrooms and if that's not enough there is also access to the loft which has electricity and a boarded floor so again a great plus in terms of extra storage or the opportunity to extend and add in an extra bedroom and bathroom STPP of course.


An extra bonus is also having a downstairs shower room that was installed just before we moved in but has been changed since. The family and I have been very happy in our home and have loved living here. We are planning to stay in the area but the family have outgrown the house and looking for their own homes. I will therefore need to downsize as this property will be to large for me. The reason I will be staying in the area is for the excellent transport links and local shops. Streatham Common is a short walk away. So this is the perfect location for great transport links into London or 40 minute door to door for Gatwick Airport which is another great plus.
