*** Landlord's comment *** "I bought this property because of the Location, large rooms and sunlight. The property also offered good storage and a nice balcony to enjoy the green view you get from the property. 


I lived in it for 7 years as a young professional, however, the family have lived in it for the last 10 years My child and my sister both have fond memories of living here. The property was last decorated in January 2022.


Having Streatham common and the estate play area and the communal gardens makes up for not having a garden. Streatham High Road, Crystal Palace & Brixton are great for shopping, restaurants bars etc…


There are many accessible stations close to the property West Norwood, Streatham and Streatham hill are all within a walkable distance from the property, with trains to London Bridge, Victoria and also Streatham Station offers City Thameslink services. Depending if you prefer using the tube, Balham Station which offers Northern line services is only a stop from Streatham Hill Station and Brixton tube Station only a short bus ride away offers Victoria line services.


The main things I will miss from living here at the property and the area will be the balcony where we enjoyed many meals and interesting conversations.
