We have taken our time to redecorate creating a warm, modern environment. This flat has two spacious bedrooms with lovely natural light. The main bedroom is large, fitting a king sized bed and wardrobe. Working from home allowed us to turn the second bedroom into an office space but would make a great additional bedroom. We love the living space, it is a great area being so open and where we have often entertained our family and friends. This is a perfect location for us due to work. There are local buses and two train stations which are both within 10 mins walking distance. Hackbridge station and the one we use most frequently is Mitcham Junction station which has tram and over ground links into Croydon, Wimbledon and Central London in 25 mins. There are desirable schools and nursery in this location for those looking. Both Sainsbury's and Lidl are conveniently 10 mins walk, as well as Mitcham Town centre being quite close. There are a number of local amenities around this area, for example; gyms with good facilities such as swimming pools. There is also a number of takeaway spots and restaurants within walking distance which is ideal for a bite to eat, our favourite being great a place called the Grange. We have found the area to be friendly and quiet. We love the greenery surrounding the flat and would often take daily walks strolling down the Wandle River or to Beddington Park. Due to a change in our family situation we are sadly selling our flat. We will really miss our little grey home.
