I was drawn to this house for the sheer size of the bedrooms, compared to what I have seen in other houses. I like to cook and entertain friends and family before the current pandemic stopped this happening; the extended kitchen dining room is perfect for this as many family parties have been enjoyed in our home.


We are close to all local transport and amenities including local supermarkets, pharmacy, opticians, bakery and a NHS hospital. There are some wonderful restaurants just a 10 minute drive away with many varieties to meet your taste buds. Purley way is not too far away, where you will find some local entertainment such as; a bowling alley, cinemas and if you are into fitness, gyms.


For me, working in Croydon means that I could also get to work in next to no time. There are Bus stops at the top of the road which travel up to Central London and Surrey. West Croydon over ground is only a couple of stops on the bus and Gatwick Airport is just 25mins train journey. My children are all grown up but there are good infant and high schools locally, which my grandchildren attend.


I am very house proud and keep my home in good condition. I have redecorated in the last six months to include new carpets, laminated flooring and our bathroom. I will miss the décor of my home, it's very neutral but very much to my own taste. The road itself is very quiet with many friendly neighbours and the area is well kept".
