The flat faces eastward so you hear very little noise from the road opposite and as a semi-detached we hear little to nothing from our lovely neighbours. We also benefit from a new tasteful Scandinavian development opposite with the addition of green space and birch trees.


We have lived in the property coming up to three years now and we have developed strong ties with the area, we are fortunate to have wonderful neighbours who have been so kind and especially supportive during lockdown, it feels like a real community. I have an allotment a short walk away along with our local, The Pawsons Arms is across the road. We are regrettably selling the flat due to the fact I have taken on a new job on the Sussex Coast and the commute is proving too much. We will be genuinely sad to leave the area!
