The open plan kitchen and living area allow us as a family to spend time together with enough space and the balcony ensures that we have enough light and air throughout the room.


The children have enjoyed the proximities and activities of both Wandle Park and Waddon Ponds. The development has a great community feel with dedicated WhatsApp groups where we interact with each other on all things concerning the development and other pleasantries. We will miss this community so much but we are certain we’ve made some lifelong friends as a result of living here. We are moving on, simply because our need for a bigger space can no longer be ignored (as much as we’ve tried to)."
