Property Summary

***Vendor's comments:*** “Before buying this property I rented a flat in Chatsworth road and fell in love with the Fairfield area. I loved; being so close to the station, the hustle and bustle of the town but also a super quiet neighbourhood. I waited for over a year until a similar flat became available to buy, as I wanted to have a spacious flat with a garden which is not often found in Croydon town centre. The period features (high ceilings, huge fireplace, large reception and master bedroom) were a big bonus".

The flat is ideal for commuters as it’s so close to East Croydon station (10min to London Bridge) and despite having off-street parking it has a huge amount of amenities within walking distance; Boxpark for food and drinks, Fairfield Halls for concerts and numerous more restaurants nearby plus the Surrey Street market which is open 6 days a week.

After living here for over 10 years and bringing up my daughter, I relocated to Kent for work and rented the flat out. I have since only had two lots of tenants, one has a child and moved out to buy their first home and the other (who is still in situ) has enjoyed living in the property and has been fantastic.

The flat was last decorated throughout in 2018 and all domestic appliances are under two years old and will be included in the sale. In addition, a share of the freehold and a 999-year lease will be also included".
