***VENDORS COMMENTS*** "We will miss our comfortable and cosy home. I initially bought the property because it was perfect in terms of what we were looking for at the time. It has a driveway, a good size garden, decent size bedrooms, spacious kitchen and is well maintained throughout.


We are close to bus routes and between two main train stations, Mitcham Eastfields and Streatham Common.


I took my time and decorated our home with neutral colours and installed shutters to give it a classy look. I had the garden paved last year so it is really low maintenance and has a shed at the end of it that I used as a storage space.


Both my children enjoyed living in this property and enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere on our road as well as spending time at the park just across the road, where I could see them from the bedroom and living room windows.


There are shops and amenities at a walking distance and many bus routes passing close by. Our road is quiet and we've never had any troubles in the time we have lived here. All the neighbours are friendly and look out for each other.


We are going to really miss living in this cosy and functional house. We are going to miss our friendly neighbours, having barbecues in our beautiful garden in the summer and going to the park across the road.


We only have happy memories of living in our beautiful property and nice neighbourhood. I am now selling our beautiful and cosy home to upgrade as I need an extra bedroom for my growing children".
