Having recently changed the boiler and extended the lease, these will be things that a new buyer will not need to think about.  This has been the place we call home since August 2018 and  have loved living in the flat and raising our kids here as it is a lovely neighbourhood with a nice mix of people and community spirit.

As well as shops, there are many good primary schools and parks within walking distance to the flat which is also advantageous as our home we feel can suit a single person, couple or a family.   It is sad to be saying goodbye to our first ever property that we bought as a family as it has served us so well.  However, we know for sure that it will also serve the next owners well and they will love the flat as much as we have loved it!"
