The size was very important for us; we were drawn to the big living room and the garage outside as it allowed me to store larger-than-average items in there. We decorated the property throughout when we first moved in and we have kept it clean. Since owning it, we have loved our time here, especially as we have grown as a family with the addition of our son.

The building itself is very quiet, all the neighbours are polite and we work well together as co-freeholders. During my time, we have never had any problems and everyone looks out for each other.

As a first time buyer I didn't really understand the process fully but Ryan showed me several properties in my budget and requirements and was excellent throughout helping with the offer process and getting the deal over the line. I met Leigh Thomas last year through a friend of a friend, this year I decided to let my property so I contacted Leigh and he put me in touch with one of his team, David Cole.
