***Vendors comments*** "When I first found this flat it was at the end of a tiring 6-month search across South London. As a first time buyer, I needed value for money. I also wanted somewhere that had great transport links but in a quiet area, close to local amenities and a stone's throw from parks/green areas. A pre-requisite was for the flat to be spacious, given that every previous property I visited was too small and felt claustrophobic. I also need ample internal storage space and private outdoor space too.


This flat really ticked all the boxes. Solid walls/purpose-built, I felt the size and space as soon as I walked in. The size of the living room was spot on, allowing me to fit all my furniture (including an extendable dining table) with more than enough space to move about and do my home workouts in and recently using the corner area as my work-space. The double bedroom is a perfect size; it has more space than I know what to do with. The whole flat benefits from great lighting due to the size of the windows too. The balcony is great for outdoor space and so too the communal garden. I have recently renovated the bathroom and have installed a new kitchen when I first moved in a few years ago, it's in great condition.


The neighbourhood is super quiet and the neighbours are friendly. The local vicinity is filled with shops, parks/green areas and the transport options are second to none.


I'll miss everything about this property, I made it into my home. With a lick of your preferred colours, you could make it into your home easily and quickly...no other work needed."
