Both of us commute into Central London from Mitcham Eastfields which is a 15-minute walk and from there a train to Victoria is only 20 minutes or we can get a short bus to Morden and jump on the northern line. There's a community hall 2 minutes walk from our house which does baby and kids classes as well as classes for adults, everyone is so friendly it is a real community. 10-minute walk there is a parade of shops with a nice Turkish restaurant we would recommend, you'll find the library here too which has lots on. The common is beautiful for spring and summer walks and we routinely go and visit the lake and feed the ducks which the kids love.

It wasn't our intention to move so soon, we had hoped it would be our forever home but unfortunately, family matters have meant we need to move out of London."
