Property Summary

*** Vendors comments *** "We knew as soon as we walked through the doors that this was our dream house and it's been exactly that for us. The open-plan living space is so spacious and with the underfloor heating; it feels cozy and intimate. We have had some lovely family moments here.

It wasn't our intention to move so soon, we had hoped it would be our forever home but unfortunately, family matters have meant we need to move out of London".

*** Vendors comments *** "We knew as soon as we walked through the doors that this was our dream house and it's been exactly that for us. The open-plan living space is so spacious and with the underfloor heating, it feels cozy and intimate. We have had some lovely family moments here, memories we will cherish. Having hosted some great parties here, everyone always compliments us on the large living space. The open plan allows us to cook freely as the kids play around us. Last summer we decided to invest in the garden, the kids love the grass which means they can be running around outside all year round.

The kitchen fills with sunlight in the morning which is lovely to wake up to, as the sun moves behind the house throughout the day it means on hot days the kitchen gets shade so it feels nice and cool. The grass gets sun pretty much all day and with the patio in shade after midday, it keeps everyone happy.

The room at the top of the house we have used as the guest room, it's nice and secluded with an ensuite bathroom to give our friends and family privacy when they come to stay. We also like to show off the London Skyline you can see from this room.

Franklin Crescent is a peaceful street with no through traffic. Both of us commute into Central London from Mitcham Eastfields which is a 15-minute walk and from there a train to Victoria is only 20 minutes or we can get a short bus to Morden and jump on the northern line. There's a community hall 2 minutes walk from our house which does baby and kids classes as well as classes for adults, everyone is so friendly it is a real community. 10-minute walk there is a parade of shops with a nice Turkish restaurant we would recommend, you'll find the library here too which has lots on. The common is beautiful for spring and summer walks and we routinely go and visit the lake and feed the ducks which the kids love.
