My husband and I loved it at first sight and amazingly were both in agreement that this was “the one.” We have now lived happily in this home for nearly 22 years. As a family home it has served us well; from toddlers playing in a paddling pool in the garden to teenage sleepovers! More recently we have survived several lockdowns within these walls. We found plenty of room to let our hobbies and mini gyms take over and the garden gave us our own green space to chill in. The off street parking is a real plus and knowing that whenever we got home we didn’t have to search for a parking space was a relief to me. The close proximity and walking distance to both East & West Croydon train stations, the over ground and Tramlinks were also a real plus for us. After spending many happy years here we feel it’s time to move on to another adventure. All we ask is that the new owners enjoy their time in this home as much as we have!"
