The reason we are leaving Mitcham Park is that when we first bought it, it was for our four children to grow up in. Our family has now grown up and left the nest so it is time to downsize.


We have lived in the property for 26 years, so a long time to say the least. We never have extended the house itself but we did add another room down the end of the garden which was originally a games room but can be used for alternative options.
