"We purchased this property as we fell in love with the space, location and especially the huge garden! With dreams of eventually extending, we saw this as our forever home if we had stayed we would of extended to the rear and also build a separate residence in the garden for when our eldest is back from university just like our neighbor has done.


Now that our eldest has left for uni, we have decided to move on from our much loved home in favour of downsizing and felt it was a great opportunity to move up North, this has always been a childhood dream of mine.


We have lived here happily for 11 wonderful years and raised our four children here and the youngest loves it here he is sad to be leaving alot of friends he has made in the area as the kids all do play well with each other and we are close knit community.


We have been lucky enough experience the regeneration in the local area including the Costa coffee shop, the leisure centre, the town favourite blue and orange restaurant and local shops such as Tesco, Co-op and Iceland.


With quick travel in to central London and Croydon from both Thornton Heath and Norbury train station, our location is perfectly situated.
