***Vendors comments*** “We bought this home in 2017 as our first step on the property ladder. The bright, vibrant colour of the house really drew us in and when we got inside, we could see that it was exactly what we wanted. The hardwood timber flooring in the living and dining area, as well as the lobby, was a real plus straight away but it was the amount of natural light in the living area that quickly caught the eye. This is additionally supported by big windows and glass doors leading to the extension and conservatory.

The kitchen is a dream space-wise and the cooker was one of the first things we both mentioned after we viewed the house, as we both love to cook. The garden is really spacious and has been great for hosting friends and family for parties, gathering and barbecues in the summer. The downstairs toilet off the extension is perfectly located for this too.

Having three bedrooms upstairs with two large doubles is great. The third is perfect for a single room but also ideal for an office, or in our case, a home gym! We redecorated when we moved in to brighten it up further and add our own stamp on the house. With the space available, the options for furnishing are endless.

The house is a short walk to Thornton Heath station, which has very quick links in to Central London, as well Croydon and Gatwick airport. The street itself is quiet but provides easy access to the high street, as well as Grangewood Park and a very quick bus journey to Crystal Palace or Norwood Junction alike.

We had to move away for work purposes in 2019, and ended up back in the rental market, luckily we found tenants who have taken fantastic care of the house in our absence. I’ve personally managed the tenancy and kept in touch regularly with them, occasionally visiting and always finding the house in good order. During this time, we’ve had some work done on the plumbing and electrics, as well as another partial redecoration to keep it as fresh as ever.

Sadly, the time has now come to sell up and buy a property in our current location for our growing family. We hope someone can enjoy the home as much as we have”.
