We have also enjoyed capturing the beautiful sunrises from the kitchen and front room, alongside watching fantastic fireworks displays adorn the sky at various times of year.


Sometimes we take for granted the space the flat offers including the three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms which have been a luxury!


We feel very lucky to have been in such close proximity to everything and still have the feeling of being ‘a world away’ from anywhere.


The best moment’s I recall are hosting friends & family and seeing their reactions when they see the view as they walk in and everyone being able to feel relaxed in the generously sized front room. The lovely woodland park opposite the flat, even in the summer offerS a peaceful setting for some enjoyable picnics with friends and family, including having impromptu dinners in the park after work.


There is a strong sense of community spirit in the area and we have loved the various community activities that have taken place within the park and on the road. Surrounding neighbours have always been on hand to help. The friendliness and community feel has made it a lovely place to grow as a family.


We have really appreciated being within walking distance to two train stations, allowing us to commute easily to work and enjoy days & nights out in and around London. Whilst also having the option of staying local and enjoying the bars and restaurants in Crystal Palace.


With a heavy heart we will be moving on to pastures new, however the local friends and memories we have made will be ever lasting".
