Unlike many newer builds, this is a really spacious home and the floor to ceiling windows all round the open plan living/kitchen/dining room flood the place with light on even the dullest day. Two good double bedrooms with built in storage, a large en suite and family bathroom, means there is ample space. The huge wrap around terrace is unique to this block and offers excellent outdoor space just perfect for entertaining. In summer it feels as if it doubles the size of the space as the many doors open up the terrace as part of the home. Not many apartments offer the chance to cultivate a full herb and flower garden to compliment a BBQ!


Location wise, this couldn’t be better situated in Croydon. Literally a two minute away from East Croydon station means that accessing all over London is easy, with frequent, fast lines into Victoria (less than 20 minutes) and London Bridge (less than 15 minutes) as well as being on the Thameslink. Box Park is a couple of minutes walk, plus Waitrose and all of the other local amenities which makes living here easy. Lloyd Park and many other green spaces are within easy reach by tram or car, and residents permits are available to enable parking. We commuted into central London/the City whilst living here as well as being able to enjoy our spare time via the excellent 24 hour rail transport.


Having moved from the block to pursue a family life outside of London, we retained this apartment for a number of years. The apartment has just been neutrally decorated throughout and new carpets installed and is therefore ready to be rented immediately if desired and presented unfurnished."
